高抗车辙中面层沥青混合料设计及应用研究 被引量:2

Design and Application Research on Asphalt Mixture with High Rutting Resistance Performance in the Middle Surface Layer

摘要 集料、沥青、级配、油石比等是影响沥青混合料抗车辙性能的主要因素,其中沥青的粘聚力和矿料颗粒之间的嵌挤力起着决定性作用。文中采用8%的岩沥青和2%的SBS改性剂配置复合改性沥青,借鉴Superpave技术成果,提出高抗车辙沥青混合料的级配范围;采用马歇尔试验方法确定最佳油石比。研究表明,高抗车辙沥青混合料施工质量易于控制,且具有良好的路用性能。 Aggregates, asphalt, grading, whetstone ratio are the major factors affecting rutting resist- ance performance of asphalt mixture, adhesion of asphalt and wedging force between mineral aggre- gate particles play decisive roles. In this paper, 8% rock asphalt and 2% SBS modifier were used to configure complex modified asphalt. Gradation range of asphalt mixture with high rutting resistance performance was made out with reference to the Superpave technological achievements. At last, the optimum asphalt ratio was determined by Marshall Test Methods. The studies have shown that the construction quality of asphalt mixture with high anti-rutting performance is easy to control, and the road performance of mixture is well.
