摘要
当区域内停车换乘设施布设过于密集时,易造成相邻设施点互相竞争、资源浪费,甚至引发出行效率下降,而既往的研究通常重视换乘需求最大化,忽略了这一现象对选址的影响。文中通过建立嘉定城区的模拟路网,对多种出行方式定义效用函数,运用MATLAB程序进行静态交通分配仿真。得到在不同位置设置换乘设施情况下,出行者选择停车换乘的比例和平均单位距离出行时间。结果表明,停车换乘设施的服务半径为2~5km;当区域内换乘设施由2个增加为3个时,平均单位距离出行时间反而增加约8%。
A discussion is provided on P&R location optimizations on a regional level, for which influ- ences among adiacent facilities are important to be considered, however mostly neglected. By establis- hing a road network which simulates Jiading new city, defining different travel modes" utility functions and using MATLAB to simulate the static traffic assignment, the travelers' proportion choosing park- and-ride mode and the corresponding average travel time per distance in cases of locating park-and- rides in different places are obtained. It turns out that a P&R facility's service area is within a radius of 2-Skm; there is an average travel time per distance increase of 8 percent when increasing the P&R sites' number from 2 to 3.
