摘要
针对我国煤矿井下污水处理技术设备存在的问题,结合焦作煤业(集团)演马矿的特点,设计了井下污水处理监控系统。介绍了监控系统设计的基本原理、控制策略和检测参数,绘制了现场设备的控制原理图,并对主要设备进行选型和硬件设计。该系统较原自动水处理系统有一定的创新,总体性价比提高,在节能方面又有一定的改进,符合节能减排的方针。根据现场硬件设备对系统进行编程,实现了控制系统的软件编译。
Aims to solve the problems for the equipment of sewage treatment technology in the coal mine, designs the sewage treatment monitoring system combined with the characteristics in Yanma Mine of Jiaozuo Coal (Group). Introduces the basic principle, control strategy and test parameters of the monitoring system, and draws the control principle diagram. Selects the main equipment type and the design of main hardware. Compared with the original sewage treatment system, the updated one shows the design innovation, and the overall performance is also improved. For energy-saving, it meets the environment requirements. According to the hardware, programs the system, then realizes the software programming of the control system.
