摘要 考虑到当前使用的传统矿用单体液压支柱出厂检验装置手动操作、精度低等缺点,研制出基于VB语言开发的新型矿用单体液压支柱出厂检验装置。该装置试验长度可调以满足不同型号单体支柱的试验要求,可自动完成单体支柱的高、低压密封、让压性能试验,检验报告可查询、打印不可更改,液压操作简单方便。文中采用在线式UPS电源、差分连接和软件滤波等方式有效抑制信号干扰,提高了试验装置的精度。 Considering the faults with manual operation and low precision of the traditional factory inspection device for coal mine hydraulic prop, a new type factory inspection device based on VB was designed. The test length of the device can be adjusted to meet the different types of hydraulic prop, it can test the high and low sealing and the ability under-pressure automatically. The inspection report can be queried and printed by computer. The hydraulic system operation is simple and convenient. To improves the test accuracy of the device. , uses the on-line UPS power supply, differential connection and software filtering methods to inhibit the signal interference.
