一种新型矿用无线顶板位移在线监测系统的设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对煤矿井下巷道和工作面顶板位移不能方便、准确、实时在线监测的问题,设计了一种采用无线传输的新型顶板位移在线监测系统。该系统以智能传感器为基础,利用ARM CortexM0+作为核心处理器,采用Wave Mesh低功耗无线自组网技术进行数据传输,实现对井下顶板位移的在线监测。主要阐述系统的工作原理,给出无线传感器的硬件电路和软件设计流程。实际应用表明,该系统数据可靠,运行稳定。通过对顶板位移数据的采集、处理和判断,为煤矿井下安全生产提供可靠的决策依据,同时也可并入其他网络组成更大的系统来满足复杂监测控制的需求。 In view of the problems that the roof displacement at underground mine tunnel and workface cannot be monitored conveniently, accurately and timely. Designs an on-line monitoring system for new wireless roof displacement. This system adopts the intelligent sensor as the foundation and uses ARM Cortex-MO + as the core processor. The data transmission is processed by WaveMesh low power wireless ad-hoc network technology, which realizes the on-line monitoring of the roof displacement. Mainly introduces the working principles of the system, illustrates the hardware circuits and software design flow of wireless sensor. The application shows that the data of the system is reliable, and the operation is stable. Through the acquisition, processing and judgment of roof displacement data, provides the reliable decision for safety production at undergroundmine. And also the system can be incorporated into other networks to compose a larger system to meet the needs of complex control and monitoring.
