摘要
为了提高枸杞硬枝插穗的成苗率和利用率,采用温床催根容器育苗技术对不同长度插穗成苗效果进行比较。结果表明,15、12和10 cm插穗的成苗率分别为81.25%、80.21%、和79.17%,与8 cm插穗成苗率差异达到显著水平。在15×10-6萘乙酸水溶液浸泡插穗深度为1、2、3、4和8 cm的情况下,8 cm插穗的成苗率分别为81.25%、78.84%、61.46%、26.04%和18.75%,表现出随浸泡深度增加成苗率降低的趋势,以浸泡深度1和2 cm这2个处理成苗率较好,与其它3个处理成苗率差异达到极显著水平。为了便于打捆操作和节约枝条,枸杞插穗长度以10~12 cm为宜。
In order to heighten seedling survival rate and use efficiency ofLycium chinensishard wood cuttings, the effects of seedling survivals of cuttings of different lengths were compared by using rooting in forcing house and container nursery techniques. The results indicated that the seedling survival rates of cuttings of 15, 12 and 10 cm lengths were 81.25%, 80.21% and 79.17%, respectively, which had differences at signiifcant level compared with that of cuttings of 8 cm length. Under the conditions of soaking cuttings at 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8 cm depths in 15×10-6 NAA solution separately, the seedling survival rates of cuttings of 8 cm length were 81.25%, 78.84%, 61.46%, 26.04% and 18.75%, decreasing with the soaking depth was increased. The two treatments of 1 and 2 cm soaking depths had better seedling survival rates, which were signiifcantly higher than those in the other treatments. To facilitate bundling operation and save branches, the suitable length ofL. chinensis cuttings was 10-12 cm.
