摘要
研究了不同热处理制度对TC21合金中厚板材组织及性能的影响.试验结果表明:固溶温度在900℃时,板材室温强度达到最高值,且塑性较高;时效温度为590℃×4h/AC时,板材室温强度及塑性较固溶后有所提高;板材选用900℃×1h/AC+590℃×4h/AC固溶时效热处理,可以得到室温强度及塑性的良好匹配.
Different heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of TC21 alloy plates is studied. The results show that the solution temperature at 900℃, plat strength reaches the highest value and higher plasticity at room temperature; when aging temperature is at 590 ℃× 4h/AC, the plate strength at room temperature and the plasticity after solid solution both increase; when the plate ages at 900 ℃×1h/AC +590 ℃× 4h/AC solid solution for the heat treatment, a good match of the strength at room temperature and ductility can be achieved.
