摘要
用氢氧化钠处理竹原浆纤维,并测试了其性能变化。结果表明,纤维的质量失重率、膨胀率及质量比电阻随着处理时间与氢氧化钠浓度的增加而增加,纤维的双折射率随着处理时间与氢氧化钠浓度的增加而减小;且变化幅度最大的时间区间均在0~5min,变化幅度最大的浓度区间在75~105g/L。经氢氧化钠处理后纤维的抗静电性能与力学性能下降。
Bamboo virgin pulp fiber was treated by sodium hydroxide and the properties of the treated fiber were tested. The test results showed that the fiber weight loss rate, inflation rate and mass ratio resistance of bamboo pulp fiber were increased with pro- cessing time and concentration of sodium hydroxide except birefringence. The best time and concentration of the change interval of the all indexes above were all in 0~5 min and 75~ 105 g/L. The antistatic property and mechanical properties of fiber were both de- creased after sodium hydroxide treatment.
