摘要
为提高超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的可纺行,使用水溶性抗静电硅油SM-601对其进行抗静电柔软加湿预处理,依次进行清梳联、头道并条、二道并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序制成超高分子量聚乙烯纤维纯纺纱线。经测试纱线性能良好,满足了工艺要求。
In order to improve the spinnability of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber (UHMWPE), SM-601 was procee- ded to antistatic soft humidified pretreatment using water-soluble anti-static silicone. The UHMWPE pure spinning was spun after the treatment of carding, first drawing, second drawing, roving, spinning and winding process. The tested results showed that the per- formances of the spinning yarn were good and met the production process needs.
