萘普生酶法拆分的研究进展

摘要 萘普生酶法拆分具有反应速度快、专一性强、反应条件温和、无污染等优点。我们从酶的选择、酶的固定化及反应体系的构建方面对近期进展进行概述。 Naproxen enzymatic resolution technique has the advantages of fast reaction speed,high specificity,mild reaction conditions,pollution-free and so on.In this review,the recent progress in selection of enzyme,the immobilization of enzyme and the development of the reaction system to enzymatic resolution were briefly introduced.
