摘要 水产养殖业是非洲重要的水产品来源之一,在"一带一路"战略背景下,为中国企业"走出去",发展海外水产养殖业带来重大发展机遇。以计量统计分析为基础,采用Arc GIS 10.2的空间分析法和Ward系统聚类法等研究方法对非洲水产养殖发展的时空变化特征进行分析,并借助SPSS 18.0软件,将非洲46个水产养殖国家划分为高产区、中高产区、中产区、中低产区和低产区五大类,进而以各产量分区为研究单元,对其水产养殖发展特征及滞后原因进行分析。结果表明,自1980年以来非洲水产养殖业发展快速,但总产量依然很低,发展差异的时间变化显著,国家间产业发展呈明显的两极分化现象;水产养殖产量较高国家集聚的空间范围相对扩大,东南部地区发展明显。非洲水产养殖业具有良好的发展前景,但目前大量的养殖资源(水资源、劳动力资源、市场资源等)并未充分开发,行业协作、养殖模式和国际合作尚待进一步改善和发展。 Aquaculture is one of important sources of aquatic products in Africa. Under the back-ground of Silk-Road Economic Belt Strategy, African aquaculture brings opportunities for Chinese en-terprises. The paper aims to better understand the spatio-temporal evolvement of African aquaculture and its investment potential using ArcGIS 10. 2 space analysis method and Ward Hierarchical Cluste-ring method. The research shows that African aquaculture industry developed rapidly since 1980, but its total production is still very low and developmental difference changed significantly over time. Spa-tial scope of countries of relatively higher production tends to expand, mainly concentrated in the southeast. The industry is of good prospects, but at present a large number of aquaculture resources ( water resources, labor resources and market resources) are not fully developed, industry-wide coop- eration, culture mode and international cooperation need further improvement and development .
