朝阳区自备井置换后应用管理模式探讨及实践 被引量:4

摘要 自备井供水方式是朝阳区供水系统的重要组成部分,但是朝阳区域内整体生态环境脆弱,特别是水资源的危机越发突出,水资源短缺、地下水超采引起一系列环境地质灾害,更可能危及人民生活安全。南水北调进京后,朝阳区率先开展自备井置换工作。本次研究开展朝阳区自备井置换后的应用及管理模式探讨,提出自备井处置的方式,科学分析应急备用井规模、地下水监测井选取原则及空间分布,不适应保留的自备井进行封填管理,并根据自备井处置分类提出合理的管理措施,为北京市及京津冀地区涵养保护地下水源、开展自备井置换工作提供借鉴。 Self provided well is an important part of water supply system in Chaoyang district, Beijing. Recently scarcity of water resources in Chaoyang district become prominent. Water resources shortage caused overexploitation of groundwater, and lead to a series of environmental geological disasters. All of those problems threat people's life and safety. South-to-North water transfer project is the opportunity to start tap water supply for domestic wells. Here we studied the application and management of self-provided well after replacement, and put forward the application scheme of them. Meanwhile we analyzed the number and distribution of wells, and proposed some management measures according to the wells classification. The result can provide reference for the well management of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
