微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定苦荞叶中13种元素 被引量:7

Simultaneous Determination of 13 Elements in Leaves of Tartary Buckwheat by ICP-AES Using Microwave Digestion

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定苦荞叶中的Si、Sn、Al、Na、P、K、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg、Fe 13种无机元素含量的分析方法。优化了分析谱线,在优化仪器条件下各元素的加标回收率为94.1%~103%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.90%~2.6%,检出限(3S/N)为0.21~14.1μg/L。实验结果表明,苦荞叶中含有丰富的常量元素钙、镁、磷与人体必需的微量元素铁、锰、钾、锡。方法快速、简便、准确、可靠。 A simultaneous method for the determination of 13 elements,including Si,Sn,Al,Na,P,K,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mg and Fe,in leaves of tartary buckwheat was developed using ICP-AES.The analytical spectral lines were studied and optimized.The recovery of each element in leaves of tartary buckwheat was in the range from 94.11% ~102.87%.The relative standards deviations(RSDs)were0.90%~2.6% with 0.18~9.41μg/L detetion limits(3S/N).The results showed that leaves of tartary buckwheat contain abundant major elements(Ca,Mg and P,etc.)and trace elements(Fe,Mn,K and Sn,etc.).This method is proved to be quick,simple,accurate and reliable.
