摘要
为全面、准确地了解我国公民的权利意识现状,本文将调查总体划分为两个子总体:大学生子总体和居民家庭子总体,设计了一套分层多阶段系统pps调查方案,给出确定各阶段样本量的原则和方法,讨论了调查中出现无回答问题的补救措施,给出了主要估计量及其精度的估计,针对调查中复杂样本的方差估计,本文提出使用刀切法进行估计。
In order to comprehensively and accurately understand the situation of awareness of rights about our citizens.This paper divides the population into two sub-populations：College students subpopulation and household sub-population.And designs a scheme of stratified three-stage system pps,gives the principle and method to determine the sampling size of each stage,discusses the remedial measures in the case of nonresponse,put forward the main estimators and their estimates of precisions.For the estimates of variance of complex sample,this paper uses the Jackknife method to estimate.
