摘要
以自装卸运输车吊装机构同步液压系统为研究对象,运用AMESim软件构建了系统的仿真模型。通过AMESim仿真分析,对有PID控制和无PID控制两种控制方案进行对比。仿真分析结果证明,PID控制减少了同步位移误差,起到良好的同步控制效果,能够更好地满足设计需要。
The simulation model of electro-hydraulic synchronization system of the swing thru of container self-load- ing trailers is builded with the AMESim software. Through AMESim simulation, the two control methods have been compared, one with the PID controller and one without the PID controller. Simulation results show that synchronous displaceent errors have been reduced with the PID control method and synchronous control effects have been im- proved effectively. Thus the design requirements are satisfied well.
