摘要 采用Fenton试剂处理聚苯硫醚(PPS)生产废水,通过正交试验考察反应温度、反应时间、双氧水和硫酸亚铁加入量等因素对总有机碳(TOC)去除率的影响。实验结果表明,适宜的反应条件为:温度70℃,反应时间1h,双氧水与化学需氧量(COD)质量比为5∶1,亚铁离子与双氧水物质的量比为1∶20。在该条件下TOC由1 930 mg/L降至120 mg/L,符合氯碱厂隔膜电解进槽盐水的要求,实现了PPS生产废水的资源化利用。 Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) production wastewater was treated by Fenton reagent. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction time, dosage of hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate on the removing rate of total organic carbon(TOC) were investigated by orthogonal experiment. The appropriate reaction conditions obtained from the experiment were listed as follows: the reaction temperature was 70 ℃, the reaction time was 1 h, the mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide to chemical oxygen demand(COD) was 5∶1, and the molar ratio of ferrous ions to hydrogen peroxide was 1∶20. Under above conditions, the concentration of TOC decreased from 1 930 mg/L to 120 mg/L, which could meet the requirement for influent brine of diaphragm electrolysis cell in chlor-alkali plant, and the reutilization of PPS production wastewater could be realized.
