摘要
讨论了导热油炉开车调试中洗炉、烘炉、脱水排气的原因、方法和步骤,给出了升温操作中导热油炉的升温曲线及注意事项。总结了升温过程要遵循"一慢二停"的原则:一慢即升温速率要慢;二停即在95-110℃和210-230℃两个温度区间要几乎停止升温,并维持该温度一段时间,以避免排气速度过快,将导热油带起使其喷出造成"喷油"现象,进而导致火灾甚至超压爆炸事故的发生。
The reasons, methods and steps of furnace flushing, furnace drying and dewatering-exhausting during heat transfer oil furnace's start-up adjustment are discussed. Besides, the heating curve of the oil furnace and precautions in the heating operation are given. Principals to be followed in the heating process are summarized as follows: firstly, the heating rate should be slower; secondly, stop heating in the range of 95-100 ℃ and 210-230 ℃, then maintain for a period of time to avoid excessively high exhaust velocity. Too higher exhaust velocity will cause oil blowout, which would perhaps lead to fire and even overpressure explosion.
