Start-up Adjustment and Heating Operation of Heat Transfer Oil Furnace

Besides, the heating curve of the oil furnace and precautions in the heating operation are given. Principals to be followed in the heating process are summarized as follows： firstly, the heating rate should be slower; secondly, stop heating in the range of 95-100 ℃ and 210-230 ℃, then maintain for a period of time to avoid excessively high exhaust velocity. Too higher exhaust velocity will cause oil blowout, which would perhaps lead to fire and even overpressure explosion.
