摘要
以水下环氧锚固胶为研究对象,分析了树脂固化剂体系、增强粉料和润湿流平剂等因素对锚固胶水下植筋施工性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在普通环氧锚固胶配方基础上,优选憎水性改性聚酰胺和改性脂肪胺复配使用,控制吸水性粉料含水率和掺量以及掺入适量BYK系列润湿剂,可制备出水下涂抹粘附效果好、施工性能优良且水下综合性能达到GB50367-2013标准(A级)新型水下环氧锚固胶。
The effects of the curing system, reinforcing powder and leveling wetting agent on the workability and mechanical properties of the epoxy anchoring adhesive were studied. The results showed that a new anchoring adhesive was able to be prepared by using the mixture ofhydrophobic modified polyamide and modified aliphatic amines, controlling the water content and addition amount of powder and mixing appropriate amount of wetting agent. The new underwater epoxy anchoring adhesive had the excellent performance of underwater coating adhesion and workability and met the requirements of the standard GB50367-2013(grade A).
