摘要
利用2-D有限元法模拟了普通碟形弹簧和法兰接头用碟形弹簧,并考虑了摩擦对法兰接头用碟形弹簧承载的影响。结果表明,有限元法对碟簧的模拟十分精确。此外,摩擦对法兰接头用碟形弹簧的刚度影响较大,这在设计过程中不容忽视。
Normal belleville spring and belleville spring used in flanged joints are simulated through 2-D finite element analysis and the friction effect on the load of the belleville spring used in flanged joints is considered. The results show that the fraction has intense impact on the rigidity of the belleville spring used in flanged joints which is quite significant in the design process.
