摘要
介绍了奥氏体-铁素体双相钢UR45N+材料在磷酸净化项目中的应用和双相钢铁素体的测量方法,着重论述了采用铁素体测量仪测量板材和焊缝中铁素体含量以及测量结果与金相定量法结果的误差。此外,还论述了板材的测量位置和焊缝中铁素体含量的测量方法。铁素体测量仪的无损测量、精确度和快捷性等性能可满足工程上对双相钢轧材及其焊缝的测量要求。
The application of the duplex ferritic-austenitic stainless steel UR45N+ material in the phosphoric acid purification project and the measuring method of the ferrite in dual-phase steel are introduced. Especially, the measurements of the ferrite in the plates and weld joints using both the ferrite measuring instrument and the quantitative metallography are carried out, meanwhile, the measuring errors are analyzed. In addition, the measuring positions of the plates and the measurement methods of the ferrite in the weld joints are discussed. To conclude, the ferrite measuring instrument, with the properties of nondestructive measurement, accuracy and rapidness, meets the measurement requirements of the dual-phase rolled steel products and their welds in engineering project.
