摘要 MMC已经成为工业界与学术界的研究热点,仿真分析虽然灵活方便,但有时与实际工况存在差距。首先设计了三相9电平MMC实验样机;然后遵照模块化的原则,设计了子模块;控制系统使用分层的构架,实现了不同层级的控制与保护;再利用载波移相、电压均衡控制及PR调节器实现了电容均压及环流抑制。最后通过实验验证了样机的性能。利用该平台能够为MMC的研究提供一个方便有效的手段。 Modular muhilevel converter (MMC) has become the industry and academia research focus. Although simulation is flexible, but sometimes there is a gap with the actual working conditions. First a prototype of MMC with nine level output voltages is designed and implemented. In accordance with the principle of modular designed sub-module, and control system using a layered architecture to achieve the different levels of control and protection, then use carrier phase shifting, voltage balanced control and PR control strategy achieve a capacitive pressure and circulation are suppressed. Experiment results show that the MMC prototype can run in the normal state, the power step respond is quick and verify the design of MMC prototype is reasonable.
