摘要
本文选择空中食宿(Airbnb)、优步(Uber)、滴滴专车、嘀嗒拼车、小猪短租、蚂蚁短租共6家分享经济商业模式代表性企业,运用人力资源管理模块框架,采用多案例研究方法,对"分享经济模式下半契约型人力资源管理模式"进行了分析和研究,最后得出了分享经济模式下半契约型人力资源管理的共同特征,分别从招募、培训、绩效、薪资福利、员工关系五个方面进行了描述,为分享经济商业模式企业的相应管理提供理论参考。
This paper choose the Airbnb, Uber, Didi limousine,Tick carpool, Pig short rent, Ant short rent, a total of four representative sharing economic business model enterprise, using the human resources management module framework, using multiple- case study method, To analyze and study "the half of the compact of human resource management research model", finally it is concluded the common features of the half of the compact of human resource management research,from recruitment, training, performance, compensation &benefits, employee relations, five aspects are described, for sharing economic business model of the corresponding management to provide theoretical reference.
