摘要
经过近20年的摸索与实践之后,日本从2006年起执行新的教师评价体系。该评价体系将业绩考核和个人能力的培养相结合,注重被考核人的主体性,采用"目标管理"法,又被称为能力开发型的人事考核制度。研究近年来日本教师评价体系的演变、理念和基本内容,对于进行教师评价体系改革的中国而言将有所借鉴。
The new evaluation system of teachers has been fully implemented in Ja- pan since 2006 after nearly 20 years of exploration and practice. The evaluation system combined performance and personal ability, emphasizes the subjectivity of the evaluated people, adopting the method of "management by objective". It is known as the system of per- sonnel assessment in development of ability. The research of Japan's reform, development and present situation of evaluation system of teachers in recent years also has a significance and reference value for evaluation system reform of teachers in China equally.
