摘要
分析了钢筋焊接网技术在连续配筋混凝土路面中的应用,重点详述了其在钢筋网片,以及钢筋网的布置、搭接方式和施工工艺等方面与传统连续配筋混凝土路面的差异。并通过实例论述了该技术在复合式路面连续配筋混凝土路面下面层中的应用。事实证明,该技术采用工厂化配筋工艺,保证了配筋质量,提高了施工效率,经济社会效益显著。
Analysis of the CRCP with the welded steel fabric is carried out. The difference between CRCP with welded steel fabric and traditional CRCP lies in the steel fabric, arrangement, lap jointing type and construction technology. An example is taken to discuss the application of the CRCP with the welded steel fabric in the AC-4-CRCP composite pavement. The facts have proved that the technology based on the factory process can ensure the quality of reinforcement and improve the construction efficiency, and it is of great social and economic benefit.
