高温煅烧酸溶法从虾头虾壳中制取柠檬酸钙的研究 被引量:5

摘要 虾头虾壳经干燥粉碎、高温煅烧后用稀盐酸溶解灰分,与柠檬酸钠在水浴条件下反应,离心分离沉淀并干燥得到白色柠檬酸钙粉末。通过单因素实验,确定了煅烧温度1000℃和煅烧时间4 h,得到较纯净的氧化钙;利用响应面Box-Behnken分析优化了水浴反应条件,反应温度61.7℃,反应时间20 min,灰分与柠檬酸钠物质的量的比3:2.3。结果表明:在此方法此条件下,制取的柠檬酸钙得率高、无污染、品质好。 In this paper, shrimp waste was dissolved with dilute hydrochloric acid after being dried and grind and calcinated in high-temperature, then reacted with sodium citrate under water bath and the calcium citrate was obtained by separating the compound. Through single factor experiment, the calcium oxide with high purity can be prepared in the calcination temperature of 1000 ℃ for 4 h. The optimal water bath conditions were investigated by RSM optimization. A high yield unpolluted calcium citrate of good quality was achieved under the optimal water bath conditions: the temperature was 61.7 ℃, time was 20 min, the ratio of the ash to the sodium citrate was 3:3.2.
