摘要
民国时期在各级各类学校,特别是在中小学实施德国教育家、近代教育学理论奠基者赫尔巴特提出的训育思想,希冀通过训育的实施收到中小学德育、管理、教学质量全面提高的效果。无可置疑的是,教师是训育实施能否收到实效的关键,在学校教学、德育、管理各个方面都是极其重要的力量。由于民国训育制度顶层设计都忽略了教师的培训指导,结果导致中小学训育事倍功半。
In the Republic of China ,the teacher and moral education is implemented on the basis of the educational thoughts by Herbart ,a German educator ,in the hope of achieving a comprehensive improvement of moral education ,management and quality control in primary and secondary schools .Teachers are the central force to the implementation ,and the neglect of the teacher education results in an incomplete success of the moral education .
