IDH1突变在胶质瘤发生发展及改善预后中的作用 被引量:3

Role of isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 mutation in occurrence, development and improving prognosis of gliomas

摘要 胶质瘤是最常见的颅内原发性肿瘤.起源于神经胶质细胞,占神经上皮肿瘤约60%,具有发病率、复发率、死亡率高和治愈率低的“三高一低”的特点。目前临床治疗方式主要还是手术切除、术后辅以放化疗。虽然最近20年对于胶质瘤的研究取得了长足的进展,但治疗效果仍不甚理想。随着肿瘤分子生物学的研究进展,个体化的基因与分子靶向性治疗越来越受到重视。
