摘要
该文提出了一种新型的绿色离子交换除盐技术(CFIE),以替代传统离子交换复床。结果表明该技术具有可靠的除盐性能及满意的再生效果。除盐时,可将模拟海淡水电导率从50μS/cm降低至1.2μS/cm;电再生后,失效树脂可恢复除盐能力。CFIE系统的能耗和水回收率分别处于0.70 k W·h/m3和86.9%。近中性的再生浓缩液可直接回用至上级除盐设备进水口。重复性试验表明该CFIE系统可稳定运行,长期运行后未见有性能下降。
In this paper, a new chemical-free ion exchange (CFIE) replacing the conventional two-bed ion exchange was proposed. The results demonstrate that such new technology can achieve good purification and effective regeneration. The cortdttctivities of synthetic seawater are reduced from 50 μS/cm to 1.2 μS/cm after desalination. After electro-regeneration, the resins can recover the ability of desalination. The energy consumption and water recovery are 0.70 kW · h/m^3 and 86. 9%, respectively. The neutral regenerated concentrated solution can be used for a pretreatment unit. Repeated experimental results show that the CFIE system can run stably.
