摘要
该文主要通过调节曝气沉砂池罗茨鼓风机的频率以及二氧化氯发生器的原料配比,达到节能降耗的目的。以石井污水处理厂的关键辅助设施为研究对象,对实施项目期间的能耗、药耗进行了分析。结果表明当罗茨风机的频率为35 Hz时,砂粒附着有机物(COD)的去除率高达18.53%;沉砂池分离出的砂粒平均纯净度最佳,基本稳定在90%以上;与最大频率时相比可节约能耗1.77 k W。二氧化氯发生器原料氯酸钠与盐酸的最佳配比为1∶3.2时,转化率最高,生产1 kg二氧化氯的总成本至多可以节约11.4元。
Roots blower frequency of aerated grit chamber and raw material ratio of chlorine dioxide were adjusted to achieve the goal of reducing the energy consumption in this paper, based on the critical support facilities of shijing sewage treatment plant. Besides, energy consumption, chemical agent consumption and tons of water cost of this program were analyzed. The results show that when the roots blower frequency is adjusted to 35 Hz, removal rate of organics on the sand can reach 18.53%, and sand purity is the highest, which stay stable at 90%. Meanwhile, roots blower frequency at 35 Hz can save 1.77 kW than the maximum frequency. When the ratio of sodium chlorate and hydrochloric acid is 1 : 3.2, the conversion rate of chlorine dioxide is the highest and the total cost of producing 1 kg chlorine dioxide can save at most 11.4 yuan.
