高聚物注浆技术在城市污水管道修复中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 该文针对软弱土层及流沙等复杂地质条件下污水管道渗漏状况,研发了新型非水反应高聚物导管注浆技术及膜袋注浆技术。运用该新型高聚物注浆技术对广州大道南沉降损坏的DN1200污水管道进行了非开挖注浆修复,实现了对污水管道的渗漏处理,稳定了污水管道渗漏段的流沙,加固了管道渗漏段基础,抬升了沉降的污水管道,恢复了污水管道的营运功能。该新型非水反应高聚物注浆材料具有反应快、膨胀率高、防渗性能优、柔韧耐久、无污染及成本低等特点。 The pipe grouting technology and film bag grouting technology based on a novel non-aqueous reaction of polymers were studied, aiming at sewage pipeline leaking caused by soft soil and quicksand. The damaged DN1200 sewage pipeline of south Guangzhou main road was repaired utilizing the trenchless grouting rehabilitation technology and the pipeline leaking was plugged completely. Besides, the quicksand of leaking sewage pipeline was stabilized and the foundation of underground sewage pipeline was firmed. Meanwhile, the sewage pipeline settlement was lifted and operating function of the damaged sewage pipeline was recovered. The novel non-aqueous reactive polymer material has the advantage of quick response, high expansion ratio, excellent durability, anti- seepage performance, no pollution and low cost.
