摘要
有人将钱穆先生归入现代新儒家,然先生学术范式与之完全不同;人们常视钱穆先生为历史学家,然而,先生史学绝不同于现代主流史学,而有强烈的经学意识:透过考察历史变迁,探究中国社会治理之道。依据先生于抗战期间所做《政学私言》,可见先生清醒而坚定的文化与政治主体意识:中国必须为自己创造出合适而良好的现代治理体系。为此,中国学人不能不激活关于治理的传统思考,发展中国自身的政治学。
Mr. Qian Mu is sometimes treated as a modern Confucian scholar, but he is not a philosopher. Frequently, Mr. Qian Mu is regarded as a great historian, but his academic paradigm is wholly different from modern mainstream history. After Confucian system of learning on Classics collapsed, his history has a distinct consciousness of Dao: probing Chinese Dao of governance through a comprehensive retrospect of politics and learning in China. Based on His Personal discourse on Politics and Learning, this paper explore Qian Mu' basic statement about Chinese politics, which showed his consciousness of cultural and politic subjectiveness: China have to create appropriate and good system of governance for herself; for this end, Chinese scholars must activate traditional thinking about governance, develop a Chinese learning system of politics.
