血清甲胎蛋白阴性肝细胞肝癌的临床特征

Clincal characteristics of serum alpha-fetoprotein negative hepatoceUular carcinoma

摘要 我国肝癌死亡率在恶性肿瘤死亡顺位中排第2位。其中约90％以上为肝细胞肝癌（HCC）。作为较廉价且成熟的检测方法，血清AFP水平检测已成为监测HCC术后复发和转移的重要方法。本文旨在分析患者术前血清AFP水平对HCC恶性程度及手术切除后预后的关系。
