摘要
介绍上海地区地下室结构防排结合式防水设计和施工情况,阐述在地下水位较高、水量充沛的上海地区采用刚性混凝土自防水与构造排水系统结合的设计原理。从防水节点设计角度降低现场防水施工难度,加快了施工进度,从构造排水设计角度组织渗漏地下水外排,保证了环境复杂的市中心地区深基坑的自身及周边环境安全。
This paper introduced the prevention and drainage composite waterproof design and construction of basement structure in Shanghai and explained the design principle for application of rigid concrete self-waterproof and structure drainage system in Shanghai where the ground water level is high and rain water is rich. Difficulties in waterproof construction were reduced and construction schedule was shortened through waterproof node design and drainage of rain water penetrated into ground was realized through structure drainage design, to successfully guarantee the safety of deep foundation pit and surrounding environment in complex downtown area.
