摘要
某桩基工程在施工过程中发生卡钻事故20余次,通过分析事故原因,提出了振棒冲击法、歪拉斜吊法、震动器反震法、挤孔器扩孔法、人工潜孔作业法、水下爆破法、回填补桩法和综合法等9种事故处理方法,指出桩基事故处理要从地层条件、设备状态、操作工艺和人员素质等方面采取对应措施,为类似工程事故处理提供了借鉴。
A pile foundation project in the construction process of sticking accidents happened more than 20 times, through the analysis of the cause of the accident, and puts forward the impact vibration rods, slanting pull inclined condole, vibrator against earthquakes, crowded openings for reaming, artificial DTH operation method, the underwater blasting, back filling pile method and synthetic method of 9 kinds of accident treatment method, points out that the pile foundation accident treatment from the formation conditions, equipment status, operating process and personnel quality, etc, take corresponding measures, accident treatment provides a reference for similar projects.
