摘要 高强螺栓张拉器预应力张拉法施工所需设备体积小、易操作、精度高,安装方法科学,可减小高强螺栓的施工难度,提高施工效率,为高强螺栓的高质量施工和验收在技术上提供保障。采用该工艺节点法兰面可改善贴合紧密度,降低工作强度,提高安装效率。液压张拉器在新建钢结构中可做高强螺栓预拉力的施加器具,在既有钢结构连接中也可作高强螺栓预拉力的检测工具。 Pre-stressing construction technology of tensioned device for high-strength bolts requires smaller equipment size, operating easily, high precision, scientific and effective installation method, reducing the construction difficulty of high-strength bolts, improving the construction efficiency, providing a reliable guarantee on high quality construction and technical inspection of high-strength bolts. Field experiments show that the node flange tightness of the fit has been improved, the intensity of work of workers has declined, the installation efficiency improved significantly. Hydraulic tensioning device not only can be used as pre-tension apparatus of high-strength bolts for new steel constructions, but also can be used as testing tools for built steel building.
