旅游发展时空差异与城镇化耦合关系研究——以江苏省为例

Time and Space Differences of Tourism Development and Coupling Relationship of Urbanization Research——In Jiangsu Province as an Example

旅游业是经济新常态背景下区域经济新的增长点,也是新型城镇化的重要助推器,两者的耦合协调关系是旅游产业经济理论研究的重要热点。利用江苏省13个地级市2001-2012年旅游发展及城镇化进程数据,综合运用变异系数、旅游经济重心、耦合协调度等方法,在对旅游产业发展与城镇化进程现状分析的基础上,解析两者耦合协调时空格局。研究主要结论有:2001年以来江苏省旅游取得显著的发展,总体上旅游发展差异有所缩小;2001-2012年江苏省各地区旅游重心主要位于镇江境内,但旅游经济重心向西偏北方向发生偏移;苏南地区,尤其是苏锡常及宁镇扬地区旅游与城市化耦合协调程度较高。研究结论可为江苏省13个地级市旅游发展提供相应的建议。

The tourism industry was not only the new point of growth in the regional economy at the background of new economic normality, but also the important booster during the process of urbanization. The coupling relation between the tourism industry and the urbanization is the important point of study in the tourism economic theory. The data of tourism development and urbanization from 13prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province from 2001 to 2012 was used, combined the methods of the coefficient of variation, the tourist center of economic gravity and the coupling coordination degree, in order to analyze the tourism development and process of urbanization, as well as study the temporal and spatial patterns of coupling relation and coordination. There are three conclusions. First, it has been obvious achievement of the rapid development of tourism in Jiangsu Province from 2001, no matter from the view of relative or absolute increase, and the differences of the tourism development began to narrow. Second, based on the analysis of the tourist center of economic gravity, the tourist center of Jiangsu Province was within borders of Zhenjiang City from 2001 to 2012, but the center has started to shift to the northwest. Third, with the analysis of the coupling relation and coordination between the tourism development and the process of urbanization, the degree of coupling and coordination among Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou area and Nanjing, Zhenjiang,Yangzhou area is higher. By ranking means of tourism development and urbanization rate, the relative advice could be provided for tourism development among thirteen regions of prefecture-level cities of Jiangsu province.
