摘要
针对晃荡模拟平台的液压驱动系统在工作中存在大量能量损耗,导致实验资源浪费、成本增加问题,对液压系统的节能问题进行了具体的分析和实验的论证,并提出采取的基础性措施、方法,例如减少管道弯曲、选择合适的液压元件等。将该优化方法应用于多功能晃荡模拟平台试验中,减少了能量损耗,提高了液压系统的工作效率,对液压系统节能领域有一定的指导意义。
A lot of energy losses exist in work in hydraulic driving system for flap about simulation platform, leading to the waste of experimental resources and cost increase. The energy saving of hydraulic system is carried on the concrete analysis and experimental demonstration, and some baseic measures and methods are put forward such as reducing pipe-bending and choosing appropriate hydraulic components. These methods are applied to flap about simulation experiment platform, which reduce the energyloss, improve the efficiency of the hydraulic system and make guiding significance to the field of energy saving of hydraulic system.
