喷水推进新型对称双螺杆泵原理样机的研制

摘要 在新型对称双螺杆泵转子型线设计及其零部件三维造型设计的基础上,选取了4齿转子,确定了转子的技术参数。分别采用铝合金和聚四氟乙烯材料试制转子,提高了其耐磨性和密封性。研究并确定了进水口、喷水口等关键要素,研制出泵体、盖板等零部件并组装成新型对称双螺杆泵。 On the basis of design of the rotor profiles and three-dimensional parts in new symmetry twin-screw pump, technology parameters of the rotor with 4 teeth has been determined. A rotor in the pump has been manufactured with aluminum, the other one with teflon. So the rotor's wear and pump's tightness have been improved obviously. The key elements in the pump, such as intake and spout, have been determined. Based on trial of pump body and covers, the new symmetry twin-screw pump has been manufactured.
