推拿法结合中药治疗婴幼儿湿疹44例临床疗效分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Tuina combined with Chinese Medicine in Treating Infantile Eczema for 44 Cases

目的研究和探讨推拿法结合中药治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法将确诊的86例患者随机分为治疗组44例与对照组42例。对照组单纯使用中药内服与外用治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用推拿法治疗。2周为一个疗程,3个疗程后评价疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为86.36%,对照组总有效率为71.43%,治疗组显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论推拿法结合中药治疗婴幼儿湿疹,疗效确切,安全高效,值得在临床上加以推广应用。

Objective To research and discuss the clinical effect of Tuina combined with Chinese medicine in treating infantile eczema. Methods 86 cases of diagnosed patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 44 cases and control group of 42 cases. The control group was only given the treatment of internal and external Chinese medicine. The treatment group was treated by Tuina on the basis of the control group. A course of treatment was two weeks, and the effect would be evaluated after three courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 36% which was significantly higher than 71.43% of the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two group in the total effective rate （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Tuina combined with Chinese medicine in treating infantile eczema has definite effect. It is safe and efficient, and is worthy of clinical application.
