摘要
实验对微囊藻进行水浴加热处理,对微囊藻在不同温度下群体大小以及单细胞数量进行比较,并进一步研究不同温度对微囊藻计数结果的影响。
In this study, Microcystis water bath heat treatment, Microcystis population size at different temperatures and the number of single cells were compared. And further study of the effects of different temperatures on microcystin count results.
