摘要
研发了一种适合于煤矿中煤体加固的新型复合注浆材料,该浆材为经过改良配比的油性聚氨酯。探讨了不同MDI含量对其凝胶时间和抗压强度的影响,实验表明,改良后的油性聚氨酯既可以克服聚氨酯成本高的缺点,又可以克服硅酸盐浆材耐久性差、力学性能低的特点。
A kind of new composite grouting materials suitable for coal seam reinforcement in coal mine it is oiliness polyurethane by modified ratio,the effect of MDI content to gel time and compressive strength are studied, the results show that the modified oiliness pdyureathane can overcome the high cost disadvantage of polyurethane, also can overcome the characteristis of silicate pulp material such as poor durability, low mechanical property.
