高负载量Cu7/ACF对苯酚催化氧化的活性及稳定性评价

摘要 采用过量浸渍法制备了Cu7/ACF吸附催化剂,并用X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)对催化剂进行表征,通过程序升温氧化(TPO)技术确定Cu7/ACF对苯酚的催化氧化操作温度,通过吸附氧化循环实验评价Cu7/ACF对苯酚催化氧化的活性和稳定性。结果表明:Cu7/ACF在260—280oC温度范围内具有较高的催化氧化活性;在吸附循环实验中,Cu7/ACF在经过8次吸附一氧化循环后降至一稳定值(约58mg/g),显示了Cu7/ACF良好的苯酚催化氧化稳定性。 Cu7/ACF adsorption catalyst are prepared by excess impregnation method,the catalyst is characterized by x -ray powder diffraction (XRD) , through temperature programmed oxidation, the operation temperature of catalytic oxidation of phenol by CuT/ACF is determined ; the activity and stability of CuT/ ACF to catalytic oxidation of phenol are evaluatied by adsorption oxidation circulation experiment. The result shows : Cu7/ACF has high catalytic oxidation activity at 260 - 280 ℃ ; the adsorption oxidtion circulation experiment, Cu7/ACF down to a stable value ( about 58 mg/g) after eight adsorpition - oxidation circulation, it shows Cu7/ACF has good phenol oxidation stability.
