在快速发展的大变革时代,人们的生活方式发生了翻天覆地的变化,慢慢的走入一个新的生活世界中,人民对文化的需求,以及对休闲健身有了更大的渴望,在蓬勃发展的技术和经济现代化进程的背后,看到了更深层的微观的社会变动,就是日常生活的逐渐缩小,到非日常生活的逐渐扩大,最后又回归到日常生活。武术起源于日常生活,作为一种中国传统的文化,在日常生活中的功能价值随着非日常生活的扩大而改变。本文通过现代化与日常批判理论及文献资料法、逻辑分析法对传统武术的价值、推广方式进行分析,探索新生活世界下的武术的主要走向及传承方式,为弘扬中国传统文化,构建和谐社会,促进全民健身提供参考。
