An Exploration on Safety Management Involving Stakeholders for Farm Products

我国的农产品经济发展成效显著但农产品安全问题日益突出,厄须全面认识农产品安全管理的各行动主体。探索过程借鉴利益相关者理论,系统梳理农产品安全管理所涉及的各个利益相关者,构建利益相关者共同参与的农产品安全管理体系,明确提出农产品安全管理体系的关键实施路径。

China has achieved significant effect in developing farm product economy. However,the safety problem of farm product gets increasingly prominent. It is thus necessary to recognize the relevant parties in the process of the safety management. Drawing on the theory of stakeholders,the present research attempts to indentify the stakeholders,construct a safety management system involving all the stakeholders,and propose the key paths for implementing the system.
