小宾馆经济现象与农民创业可持续路径选择——基于景宁畲族自治县的分析

The Inn-keepers and the Sustainable-route Selection for Farmers' Entrepreneurial Endeavor : An Analysis based on Jingning's Case

随着景宁畲族自治县外出自主创业群体的不断壮大,景宁人在义乌等地从事的小宾馆经营日渐规模。10多年来,在外经营小宾馆的景宁农民积极弘扬景宁人的创业精神,依靠民族政策优势在准入门槛较低的小宾馆业取得了较好的效益,形成了有特色的景宁"小宾馆经济"现象。随着市场的发展,小宾馆经济正面临着市场竞争力不足、应对危机力不强、创业后劲不足等困境。通过对优势与困境的分析,为小宾馆的发展提出了加强政策引导、连锁经营、信息共享等优化措施。

With the growth of the group of self-employed migrating entrepreneurs in Jingning Nationality Autonomous County, the number of inn-keepers from Jingning who engage in the business of lodging service as an entrepreneurial endeavor in cities like Yiwu, Ningbo and other places of Zhejiang is also on the rise. This gives rise to the so-called economic phenomenon of Inn-keepers of Jingning. This paper analyzes the advantages the inn-keepers enjoy in policy, input cost and so on, points out the realistic predicaments the industry is confronted with, and proposes the measures that can be taken for the healthy development of the industry.
