摘要
心理资本(Psychological Capital)是可导致个体产生积极行为的心理因素,其核心概念为自我效能、希望、乐观与韧性。大学生群体正值从单纯的校园生活向社会生活过渡的关键时期,心理资本水平的提升有助于其发挥自身建设性力量以追求美好人生、提升主观幸福感。在综合国内外相关研究的基础上,从心理资本的概念、内涵出发,对大学生心理资本的现状与特点、心理资本干预模式及应用进行综述,指出心理资本在高校研究中应继续注重的方向及可行方法。
Psychological capital(PC) is a psychological factor which can result in the positive behaviors of individuals. Self-efficacy,hope,optimism and resilience are the four core concepts of it. College students are in a critical period of transition from pure campus life to social life,the improvement of their level of psychological capital can help to develop their own constructive power in their pursuit of a better life and their subjective well-being. In this paper,the author points out the direction and feasible methods for further research on psychological capital in universities,on the basis of reviewing literature on current domestic and foreign research on the characteristics and status quo of college students' psychological capital,the modes of intervention and their application and with the concept and content of psychological capital as a starting point.
