CYL in Universities as Ideology Setter : Challenges and Innovation

思想引领是高校共青团的首要政治任务,当前形势下,其在思政教育、团校建设、干部队伍以及学生组织等方面面临着诸多挑战。要以"新常态思维"为指导,在传承传统工作方法的同时,创新工作理念、思政教学以及工作载体,以利于思想引领工作取得新的成绩。

To play the role of ideology setter is a political task of top importance to the Communist Youth League organizations in universities. In current situations, however, the CYL organizations in universities are confronted many challenges, for example, in ideological and political education, in the league school and league cadre team construction and in getting students organized for common objectives. To achieve new success, it is thus necessary for the CYL organizations to resort to the mind of new norm while inheriting the traditional working approaches, innovating ideas and vehicles for the work and reforming ideological and political education.
