摘要
以制材业为对象,为提高原木的利用率,对原木下料的余料再利用和余料废弃两种情况,运用整数规划的方法分别构建其数学模型,给出合理的下料方案,用MATLAB软件和LINGO软件进行计算,比较两种方法的计算结果,结果显示运用MATLAB软件比运用LINGO软件得出的结果更优,原木的用料较省。
With wooden lumber industry as objects,to improve the utilization rate of logs,two cases of log cutting stock problem including surplus timber reused and surplus timber abandoned were studied and the mathematical models were constructed respectivly by using the method of integer programming to give a reasonable cutting scheme. MATLAB software and LINGO software were used to calculate separately,and the results were compared. The results showed that the results obtained by using MATLAB software were more excellent than that by LINGO software,and the materials used was most efficient.
