摘要 为了加强林业产业的科技现代化,增加林药的附加价值与质量安全,设计基于射频识别技术的林药多功能包装。利用集成电路板将单片机、无线模块、温湿度传感器、LCD显示屏以及GPS模块通过PCB打样、插接件连线、PCB焊接、调试制成具有定位报警功能的温湿度检测装置。通过性能检测实验验证了该装置性能优良,可以监测林药在储运过程中的温湿度变化,且辅助使用的GPS定位系统可以准确定位温湿度变化的时间地点。 In order to strengthen the scientific modernization of forestry industry and increase the added value,quality and safety of forest medicines,a kind of multipurpose medicine packaging based on radio frequency identify technology was designed. The single chip microcomputer,a wireless module,a temperature and humidity sensor,a LCD display monitor,and a GPS module were integrated in a circuit board by PCB proofing,connecting,PCB soldering and debugging technology to design a detection device that can measure temperature and humidity with GPS function and alarm functio. The good property of the detection device was verified by the testing experiment. The detection device can detect the exchange of temperature and humidity during the delivery of forest medicine.The affiliated GPS location system can exactly pinpoint the time and location of the change of temperature and humidity of forest medicine.
