大体积混凝土利用冷水管降温相关参数的确定 被引量:3

摘要 通过确定大体积混凝土冷水管降温的相关参数,控制混凝土内外温差,防止大体积混凝土产生裂缝,减少能源的浪费;基于实际工程分析得出,珲春大桥左幅6#承台施工时,选用的冷却水管内径为44 mm,进水控制在温度16.4℃、进水流量控制在9.0 m3/h时,其冷却效果达到了预期的目的;大体积混凝土管冷技术的相关参数是相互制约的,施工时要根据实际情况均衡利弊,根据实测温度、应力结果时时调控,这样才能更好的完成大体积混凝土的施工。 By determining the related parameters of large volume concrete by using cold water pipe,we can control temperature difference of the concrete between inside and outside,prevent the cracks of mass concrete and reduce the waste of energy. Based on the analysis on the actual engineering,we obtained that when the left 6# bearing platform of the Hunchun bridge was under construction,the cooling effect achieved the desired purpose when the diameter of cooling water pipe was 44 mm,the water temperature was16. 4℃,and the water flow was 9. 0m3 / h. The related parameters in the mass concrete tube cold technology are mutually restricted.Based on the actual situation and the measured temperature,stress results,we can leverage the benefits and control it under construction. Only after that can we complete the construction of mass concrete better.
